Who is responsible

What we process

• Account: email, name, Google account id, terms acceptance.
• Agents and keys: your agent configuration; API keys are stored only as hashes.
• Calls and sessions: time, duration, cost, dialled number, outcome, the full transcript of what was said (both sides) and an automatic summary. Audio is not stored by us.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we receive the amount and status but never your card details.

Why and how long

To provide the Service, bill you, prevent abuse and meet legal duties (contract). Transcripts are deleted after 90 days; ledger and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Who receives data

Providers that make the Service work: xAI (speech and language models), Soniox (speech recognition and voice), LiveKit and Zadarma (telephony), Stripe (payments), Robodev (hosting of the web app) and our own server host. The people you call hear an AI voice and are told it is an AI; what they say is transcribed.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and delete your account by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

Callees

If an AI agent called you and you do not want to be called again, say so during the call or contact us with your number and we will add it to our do not call list.
