Terms of Service

Version 2026-11-03. Draft for the launch phase, to be reviewed by the operator before taking real payments.

1. The service

Spider Voice (the "Service") is operated by Jakob Cvetko, Slovenia ("we"). It lets you create AI voice agents and use them in a browser session, over the phone and through an API and MCP server, paid from a prepaid balance.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide a real email. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for everything done with them. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or create risk.

3. Acceptable use

• No unsolicited marketing, sales or survey calls, robocall campaigns, spam, harassment, threats, scams, phishing, or impersonation of people, companies or authorities.
• You need a lawful basis (and consent where the law requires it) for every person you call, and you must respect do not call requests. Comply with applicable law including ZEKom-2, the ePrivacy rules, the GDPR and rules on call recording.
• Do not use the Service for emergency services, to collect card data, passwords or one time codes, or to place calls to premium, shared cost or satellite numbers. Phone calls are limited to Slovenia and EU/EEA numbers.
• Calls always announce that the caller is an AI. You may not try to remove or bypass this.

4. Prepaid balance and prices

You top up a prepaid balance through Stripe (minimum EUR 10). Prices are final amounts: no VAT is added or itemised and we do not issue VAT invoices in this phase; Stripe sends you a payment receipt. Usage is debited per second of connected time at the prices published in the documentation at the time of use. Unused balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top up; amounts already used are not refundable. We may change prices for future usage.

5. Availability and liability

The Service depends on third party providers and is provided "as is", without guarantee of uptime or of the accuracy of what an AI agent says. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (consumer rights stay).

7. Law
